As a result the cardholder has accumulated $93.72 in an excess account for future spending or investing. The routine (as displayed above right) need not be printed in the statement.

After the last traditional item (#20) has been processed, the issuer will bill the cardholder for the $93.27 of rounded funds.

Issuers who license the rights to offer the CreditCard EPC Rounder Club will have the option of billing the cardholder the $93.72 plus the Minimum Payment Amount OR include the $93.27 in the Minimum Payment Amount. When a cardholder makes the designated payment or pays the monthly charges in full, the card issuer will transfer the $93.27 to a spending or investing account in the cardholder’s name.
